Citi in Mexico City is seeking a User Experience Intermediate Analyst to contribute to research, analysis and design of digital products and systems. You will partner with Product and Technology to create intuitive digital experiences, from discovery and research to design handoff and prototype delivery.

The role focuses on creating accessible, streamlined designs that meet client needs, with collaboration across product managers, developers and UX stakeholders.

Formación

• 2–5 years of relevant UX experience.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Skilled in professional design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Axure, InVision).
• Interest in banking or finance.
• HTML/CSS development skills.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in meetings with users, clients, product sponsors and technology to understand project requirements.
• Perform UX research, define IA, user journeys, and create personas.
• Use available metrics and data to support decision-making.
• Work closely with users, stakeholders, business analysts, product managers and development teams to brainstorm and co-create ideas, approaches, and solutions.
• Perform relevant testing to validate and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Sketch, InVision, Axure, and the Adobe suite.
• Ensure ADA/WCAG accessibility compliance.
