BANAMEX is seeking a User Experience Intermediate Analyst in Mexico City (hybrid) to contribute to research, design, and delivery of digital products. You will collaborate with product sponsors, technology teams, and stakeholders to define IA, user journeys, personas, and prototypes.

You will apply UX methods, run tests, and hand over designs to development with a focus on accessibility and usability, using industry-standard tools to create compelling experiences.

Formación

• 2–5 years of relevant UX experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Experience applying accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG).

Responsabilidades

• Participate in meetings with users, clients, product sponsors and technology to understand project requirements.
• Perform UX research, define IA, user journeys, and create personas.
• Use available metrics and data to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with users, stakeholders, business analysts, product managers and development teams to brainstorm and co-create ideas and solutions.
• Perform relevant testing to validate and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Sketch, InVision, Axure, and the Adobe suite.
