You go and see how the client's people work: the shift lead, the claims desk, route dispatch. What you observe decides what an agent automates and what should stay with a person.

The role

• Observe and interview users at their workplace.

Your first 90 days

• Day 30

  You learn the platform and join client visits.

• Day 60

  You run a complete study with a client.

• Day 90

  A product change comes out of your research.
