Job summary

Nuvnext is seeking a product designer who shapes how people work with agents in high-stakes operations. You will own design systems for the platform and website, delivering flows where the agent proposes, the person signs, and undo is possible.

Work directly with founders, test with operations teams, and ship prototypes that run in production. You’ll balance dense data and clean interfaces, translating requirements into practical, scalable UI across enterprise software.

You design how a person works alongside an agent: what they see, what they sign, what they can undo. This is serious product design for large operations, not pretty screens.

The role

• Design flows where the agent proposes and the person signs, with everything in view and an Undo.
• Own the design system for the platform and the website.
• Test with people in operations, not only with the team.
• Work with the code: prototypes that run, not just slides.

Your first 90 days

• Day 30

  You learn the design system and ship your first screen to production.

• Day 60

  You lead the redesign of a whole module, from observation to production.

• Day 90

  A decision of yours changed how a client works, and you can measure it.

What we look for

Must have

• A portfolio with real product, not only concepts.
• Judgment to remove: less text, fewer colors, fewer steps.
• You understand dense data and make it readable.
• You can hold your own in HTML and CSS.

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise or operations software.
• React and Tailwind.
