The role focuses on payroll administration, data validation, and reporting within an outsourced environment, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or HR, 3+ years in payroll or HCM systems (Workday), strong Excel skills, and fluency in English, with

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or HR.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• 3+ years of payroll or HCM systems experience (Workday preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel; US payroll experience is a must.
• Experience with Power BI and AI tools (Copilot/ChatGPT).
• Knowledge of tax regulations and payroll compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage payroll-related inquiries, research issues, and resolve discrepancies.
• Review payroll transactions, employee data updates, and exception reports.
• Support payroll calendars, cutoff timelines, and governance activities.
• Use automation tools to improve payroll processes and SOPs.
• Maintain payroll process documentation and support audits.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
