Jabil in Mexico is seeking a Production Scheduler to assist in developing and executing a feasible two-week production schedule for boards, aligning with MPS, and ensuring materials readiness.

You will coordinate with Manufacturing Line Managers, Purchasing, and Inventory Control to address shortages, manage deviations and ECNs, and maintain packing and shipment accuracy while upholding safety and quality standards.

Formación

• Advanced PC skills and familiarity with Jabil software.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups.
• Mathematical proficiency including rates and graphs.
• Ability to solve practical problems with variable data.
• Ability to interpret diverse instructions.
• Stand/walk and lift up to 50 lbs as required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with scheduling production activity in synch with MPS.
• Run planned orders in two-week buckets to detail what boards are to be built.
• Ensure Prep-Parts can keep up with the build schedule.
• Minimize changeovers while maintaining schedule integrity.
• Run Packout/ECN/Purge processes and maintain related handbooks.
• Coordinate with Line Managers, Purchasing and Inventory Control on shortages.
• Conduct readiness meetings for New Products and revisions five days prior.
• Route shipments to correct destinations and manage Sales Orders if assigned.
