Jabil in Mexico seeks a Master Planner to manage all planning activities for the dedicated workcell and mentor the Production Planners and Document Coordinators in the workcell. This role develops the Master Production Schedule, ensures 95% on-time delivery, maintains BOMs and routings, and drives capacity and material planning in alignment with customer demand and contract terms.

• Advanced PC skills and knowledge of company software packages.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• APICS certification is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree and HS diploma are required; supervisor experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure 100% on-time delivery and build readiness.
• Develop Master Production Schedule (MPS) and load into ERP with PO coverage.
• Reconcile MPS to customer PO coverage weekly.
• Maintain BOMs and routings for accurate tracking of WIP and inventory movement.
• Lead capacity planning and communicate constraints to workcell and customer.
• Meet daily with workcell/manufacturing to optimize schedules and reduce changeovers.
• Manage end-of-life planning and purge process with strict adherence to contracts.
