Kontoor Brands is seeking an Accountant, Treasury and Financial Close for its Mexico City operation. The role reports to the local Controller and supports the Wrangler brand business with accounts payable, cash management, and the monthly close process.

Responsibilities include preparing journal entries for close, maintaining reconciliations, and enforcing internal controls in line with SOX guidelines while delivering accurate and timely financial reporting.

Formación

• Must possess a college degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or similar designation preferred but not required).
• Must have moderate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (i.e., ability to structure and analyze larger data sets and write formulas).
• Should possess 3+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance

Responsabilidades

• Execute journal entries for the financial close across balance sheet and P&L accounts.
• Oversee accounts payable accuracy and cash management activities.
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations and ensure SOX controls are followed.
