Ericsson is seeking a Treasury/payments specialist in Mexico City to manage payment execution, bank connectivity, and controls. You will ensure payments align with policies and liquidity requirements, while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include scheduling payments, validating payment files, and assisting with reconciliations. The role requires 1–3 years in general office work with strong Excel skills and ERP experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 1–3 years of general office, data entry, or bookkeeping experience.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Payment execution—process supplier, payroll, tax, intercompany, treasury, and other payments.
• Bank connectivity—manage transmission through host-to-host, SWIFT, APIs, or portals.
• Payment controls—ensure authorization limits and approvals are followed.

• Paymentcontrols—ensuringpaymentsfollowauthorizationlimits,segregationofduties,maker/checkercontrols,andapprovedpaymentpolicies.
• Paymentvalidation—checkingpaymentfiles,bankdetails,currencies,paymentmethods,valuedates,andotherrequiredinformationbeforerelease.
• Fundingcoordination—ensuringtheappropriateaccountshavesufficientliquiditybeforepaymentsarereleased.
• Paymentscheduling—optimizingwhenpaymentsaremadebasedonduedates,currencies,cut-offtimes,liquidity,andbankingrequirements.
• Exceptionmanagement—investigatingrejected,returned,duplicated,delayed,orincorrectlyformattedpayments.
• Fraudandriskcontrols—helpingprotectagainstunauthorizedpayments,bank-accountchanges,duplicatepayments,andotherpaymentrisks.
• Bankaccountrationalization—supportingamorecentralizedbankingstructureandreducingunnecessarylocalpaymentaccounts.
• Reportingandreconciliation—monitoringpaymentstatus,providingvisibilityintooutgoingcash,andsupportingreconciliationandauditrequirements.

Theskillsyoubring:

• Demonstratedexperiencecreatingspreadsheets,chartsandreports
• Experienceextractingstatisticalandinformativereportsfromafinancialsystem.
