Henkel in Mexico seeks a Team Manager for Travel Expenses to lead the travel expenses team, align with North America and LATAM stakeholders, and ensure compliance with travel expense policies.
You will supervise biweekly reports, reconcile expenses, and approve provisions while fostering team development and high service quality.

Formación
- Experience in finance or customer service.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Intermediate Portuguese.
- Knowledge of Power BI and AI.
- Leadership and talent development.
- Stakeholder management.
Responsabilidades
- Organize the team by tasks and skills for each member.
- Make operational agreements with Regional Head of Process to apply Travel Expenses and Corporate Credit Card policies.
- Support Process Manager in decisions with Global Head of Process T&E GBS+ and Global Process Owner to ensure SLA.
- Develop the team through ongoing feedback and career growth within GBS+ Mexico or Henkel.
- Communicate with local users to provide excellent service and minimize escalations for T&E processes.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives in the area.
