Arrow Electronics seeks a Transportation Specialist II - IMMEX Auditor to oversee IMMEX Annex 24 governance, analyze data, and support cross-functional teams. Fluency in English/Spanish, plus experience with IMMEX and trade processes, is required.

Responsibilities include reporting, audits, and collaboration with Imports/Exports, Finance, Sales, and Compliance to drive accurate IMMEX data and compliance. The role is based in Zapopan, Mexico, with full‑time hours.

Formación

• Typically requires a 4-year degree and 2–4 years of related experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience in data analysis and strong MS Excel skills.
• Annex 24 and Aranxel strong experience.
• In-depth knowledge of general international trade processes (import, export, transfers, etc.).
• Enjoy working in and for a team.
• Strong sense of urgency.
• Oracle and/or WMS preferred.

• Assist internal teams (Imports, Exports and Virtual operations, warehouse, sales, compliance departments)
• Prepare reports and other presentation materials as required by department leadership. Collaborate with Product Management, Finance, Sales, and other functional areas touching Transportation functions to facilitate reporting or other projects as needed
• Support on Mexican authority audits (compliance/reporting)
• Support on internal audits
• Processing and correcting IMMEX information according to DataStage

• Requires experience in data analysis and strong skills in MS Excel.
• Annex 24 and Aranxel strong experience.
• In-depth knowledge of general international trade processes (import, export, transfers, etc.)
• Enjoy working in and for a team.
• Strong sense of urgency.
• Oracle and/or WMS preferred.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate

$31,575.00 - $38,205.75 MXN Monthly Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
