Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 1+ years of Transportation & Logistics experience, ideally in FMCG / Food & Beverage / CPG.
- Basic knowledge of transportation execution and dependencies.
- Basic knowledge in transportation systems and visibility tools (TMS, OTM, SAP, 4Kites).
- Ability to use data for continuous improvement (root cause analysis, KPI tracking, standard work).
- Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
- English level B2 or C1.
Responsibilities
- Own all Transportation Execution processes across regional distribution PODs.
- Monitor TMS queries daily to optimize orders, resolve exceptions, and ensure on-time shipments.
- Oversee data flows between ERP, TMS and WMS to synchronize transportation execution.
- Coordinate between internal customers and external carriers to meet service levels.
- Identify capacity gaps and work with Transportation Capacity Planning to address them.
- Interact with off-site and on-site carriers to resolve service and capacity issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve service and reduce costs across Transportation activities.
