Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Mexico City is seeking a proactive Deployment Planning professional to manage replenishment strategies and coordinate cross-functionally with Planning, Transportation and Warehousing.

You will analyze SAP and OMP parameters, forecast deployments, and optimize shipments to balance service and cost. The role requires collaboration with 3PL and warehouse teams to ensure smooth execution of promotions and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Executes short- and mid-term replenishment strategies for locations to balance availability, inventory and transport.
• Builds, reviews, tracks, forecasts and communicates deployments to Transportation and Warehousing using SAP & OMP.
• Analyzes SAP & OMP DRP parameters to leverage auto load building capabilities.
• Supports customer promotions by coordinating with Planning, Transportation and Warehousing.
• Liaises with 3PL and warehousing teams to resolve intra-company shipment issues and capacity gaps.
• Understands warehousing capacity, inbound/outbound planning and ship/arrival timing.
• Minimizes freight cost by using optimal transport modes when feasible.
• Collaborates with Supply Planning, Manufacturing and Procurement to align activities.

This person will have a broad range of responsibilities across all aspects of Deployment (Replenishment) P lanning . We are looking for someone who doesn't need an y motivation to develop, a self-starter, who is hungry to continua lly improve Deployment planning & Supply chain operations .

In bri ef, you will be responsible for :

- Executes Short- & medium-term replenishment strategies for assigned locations while optimizing the balance between product availability , inventory investment & transportation optimization

- Build, review, track, forecast and adjust intra-company shipments using SAP & OMP – develop and communicate deployment forecast to Transportation and Warehousing

- Analyze SAP & OMP DRP parameters to leverage auto load building capabilities

- Ensure successful customer promotion execution by working with Integrated Planning, Transportation and Warehousing to communicate event specifics and execution requirements

- Liaise with Transportation and Warehousing groups as well as personnel at 3PL (Third Party Logistics) to resolve issues with intra-company shipments (including resolution of near-term warehousing capacity issues)

- Develop functional understanding of warehousing capacity, procedures and inbound/outbound planning processes to drive/enable warehouse capacity management and adherence to ship/arrival dates

- Minimize freight expense by utilizing optimal modes of transportation when feasible.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply planning, Manufacturing , and P rocurement teams to align supply chain activities.
