British American Tobacco México invites applications for a Transport Intern in Monterrey. The role covers end-to-end shipment coordination, SAP PO creation, and KPI-driven carrier performance in a dynamic logistics environment.

Ideal candidates are International Business students with Advanced English and strong MS Excel skills, ready to support planning, budgeting, and supplier payments in a multinational setting.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Export shipments by sea and air to the Caribbean and other end markets.
• Daily follow up to shipments in transit and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Follow up with the planning team and end markets for shipment changes.
• Follow up with carriers and forwarders for transport availability.
• Creation of Transfer Orders in SAP.
• Creation of Purchase Orders.
• Improvement of internal KPIs and measure the performance of carriers and forwarders.
• Receipt of invoices, payments to suppliers and budget monitoring.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Export shipments by sea and air to the Caribbean and other end markets.


• Daily follow up to shipments in transit and ensure on-time deliveries


• Follow up with the planning team and end markets for shipment changes


• Follow up with carriers and forwarders for transport availability


• Creation of Transfer Orders in SAP


• Creation of Purchase Orders


• Improvement of internal KPIs and measure the performance of carriers and forwarders
