Baxter Healthcare in Mexico is seeking a Project Transfers Leader to plan, organize, and manage resources ensuring successful transfer goals and activities across functions. You will guide a multidisciplinary team and apply project management tools for capital, cost, resources, risks, and timelines.

Responsibilities include coordinating departments, producing progress reports, managing risks, supporting validations (IQ/OQ/PQ/TMV), and coordinating travel logistics when required.

Formación

• Certification/training in project management.
• Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing transfers.
• Knowledge of project cost control and budgeting.
• Ability to coordinate multiple departments and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize and administer resources to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Lead multidisciplinary team; may not be direct reports.
• Apply project management tools for capital/cost, resources, risks and activities.
• Coordinate activities across departments (materials, planning, purchasing, engineering, quality).
• Generate and provide status reports; escalate as needed.
• Manage risk/mitigation plans for potentially late or out-of-scope activities.
• Knowledge in engineering validations of processes and components; supply chain.
• Coordinate travel as part of transfers, manage travel budget and logistics; ensure team's safety.
• Schedule meetings and facilitate team meetings.
• Support IQ/OQ/PQ/TMV validations.
• Create and execute project work plans and adjust as needed.
• Identify resources and request assignments; define team needs.
• Administer day-to-day operational aspects and scope.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Communicate and follow up with external suppliers.
