Baxter Healthcare in Mexico seeks a Mechanical Engineer to drive process improvements and manufacturing excellence. You will manage Margin Improvement Projects, ensuring on-time delivery and cost savings while maintaining GMP-compliant processes.

Responsibilities include leading workshops, coordinating cross-functional teams, and validating processes per IQ/SV/OQ/PQ/TMV standards. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and advanced English are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a related position.
• Experience in ISO/FDA-regulated environments and GMP requirements.
• Experience writing and executing process validations (IQ/SV/DOE/OQ/PQ).
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage Margin Improvement Projects (MIP) per plant plan and dept commitments.
• Ensure timely and effective project implementation with no impact on manufacturing lines.
• Identify opportunities for MIP via direct materials cost savings and project scope validation.
• Collaborate with Procurement to manage quotations in evaluation/feasibility of ideas.
• Lead Workshops, Kaizen, and VAVE events for MIP, with cross-functional follow-up.
• Lead project planning and direct portions of smaller or segments of larger projects, including scheduling and cost monitoring.
• Develop and complete process validation activities (IQ/SV/OQ/PQ/TMV) per plan and SOPs.
