Baxter in Mexico (Tijuana) seeks a Project Transfer Leader to plan, organize and manage resources for successful project transfers across multiple functions. You will drive cost control, scheduling, and risk mitigation to achieve timely completion of transfer activities.

Lead a multidisciplinary team, coordinate departments, and prepare status reports while ensuring safety and quality. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required; engineering background preferred.

Formación

• Certification/training in project management.
• Microsoft Project experience.
• ERP system – SAP experience.
• Problem solving methodologies (A3, Ishikawa).
• Bilingual: English advanced (oral and written).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate resource planning and management across departments to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Prepare and present project status reports; escalate as needed.
• Lead/manages trips related to transfers, including budgeting and travel logistics.
• Support validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ/TMV) as required.
• Create and execute project work plans; adapt to changing requirements.
