Job summary

Sanmina Corporation is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and deliver manufacturing training for electronics assembly staff in a dynamic EMS environment. The role involves coordinating courses, validating certifications, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

You will work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain training records. Ideal candidates have experience in logistics training for electronics assembly, strong instructional skills,

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training for manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Train indirect labor and shop floor staff.
• Impart training programs for new hires and ongoing staff.
• Implement and enforce training procedures across departments.
• Apply strategies and training requirements to improve performance.
• Manage and capture training evidences and records.
• Ensure compliance with STPS training requirements and documentation.
• Check training evidence and attestations for accuracy.
• Provide basic safety procedures and operational instructions.

Training Specialist Education: Career in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Career in Administration or equivalent.

Knowledge: Knowledge of manufacturing processes in the electronics industry, Diagnostic, OP. technical management package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Development of courses and exams.

• Coordinate and deliver courses
• MDS technician certification and forklift
• Development of manuals and update documents
• Validation of training by activity (for MDS)
• Monthly Progress Report
• Participate in continuous improvement meetings
• Updating and monitoring formats that apply to training procedure

Experience: Development of logistics training and induction, experience in electronic assembly industry, accelerated learning techniques, process the administration, personnel management and evaluation mechanisms.

Skills / Competencies: Convincing Ability, Able to solve problems, contact with all levels, availability, capacity to perform Problem Analysis, Teamwork and Leadership have, follow up training activities

Responsibilities / Activities: Ordered, flexible, Disciplined, Focused compliance objectives, work under pressure, ability to negotiate, people management and easy with words.
