Responsibilities

• Provides instruction on proper manufacturing methods including, but not limited to product handling, assembly, machine operations, inspection, statistical process control, and administrative procedures.
• Instructs employees on specific manufacturing processes within assigned areas including quality and safety processes.
• Works one-on-one with assigned employees, observing their on-the-job performance and providing constructive feedback as appropriate.
• Performs orientations for employees new to the department, explains work rules and general procedures.
