Job summary

Sanmina Corporation in Mexico seeks a Test Equipment Maintenance Technician 3 to ensure equipment is in top condition and runs at peak efficiency. You will implement improvements on test engineering and support production line changes by maintaining and calibrating test gear.

The ideal candidate has an Electronic degree or similar and at least 2 years of experience in a related role, with knowledge of ISO standards and a proactive approach to preventive and corrective maintenance.

Qualifications

• Education in electronics or a related degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in preventive and corrective maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Preventive and Corrective Maintenance on test equipment.
• Set up test equipment.
• Maintain spare and test equipment inventories.
• Train operators.
• Support on Product Line changes.
• Develop and document test procedures on automatic test equipment.
• Define root cause and implement improvements to equipment failures.
• Audit proper use of test equipment.
• Ensure ISO standards related to duties are met.
• Return test equipment when needed.
• Keep records and control Golden Samples.
• Maintain production fixtures and storage/obsolete items.
