Job summary

Sanmina Corporation in Mexico is seeking a Process Technician with at least 6 months of experience in a similar role to monitor and optimize manufacturing processes. You will modify instructions, train operators, and ensure tooling and machinery run smoothly while supporting continuous improvements on the line.

The role requires active participation in shift-based problem solving, process monitoring, and adherence to 5S and ergonomic improvement initiatives within the project environment.

• Participate in CIT shift to solve problems to improve project metrics.
• Monitor and evaluate new processes included in the process.
• Improve stations and tools to enhance ergonomics.
• Control consumption of utensils or supplies in the process.
• Support 5S practices on the project.

Activities / Responsabilities

• Check the monitoring process established for each project
• Make modifications to the instructions corresponientes work flow process and according to required or improved, in addition to training the operating personnel.
• Keep running tooling and machinery required for the process.
• Active participation in CIT shift to solve problems generated at the time in order to make continuous improvements that improve Metric project.
• Conduct monitoring and evaluation of new processes included in the process.
• Improvements to stations and tools that improve the Ergonomics.
• Control consumption utensils or supplies in the process.
• Cooperation in keeping 5s on the project.
