• Proven experience coordinating or delivering professional training programs.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills to engage and motivate diverse participants.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and coordinate training programs aligned with organizational goals and employee development plans.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and prioritize learning opportunities.
• Organize logistics for training sessions including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant communications.
• Facilitate the delivery of training sessions, workshops, and seminars, either in-person or through virtual platforms.
• Manage relationships with external training providers and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality training content.
• Track and report on training participation, outcomes, and effectiveness, recommending improvements as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date records of training materials, attendance, and certifications.
• Support the continuous improvement of the training curriculum by staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
• Assist employees and management with inquiries related to training programs and professional development opportunities.
