BEPC Inc. - Business Excellence Professional Consulting is seeking a Training Coordinator in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico. The successful candidate will develop and deliver training programs, conduct needs assessments, and create instructional materials. A bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in training and development are required. Strong facilitation and communication skills are essential for this role. Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development or a related field.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Certifications: Professional certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, APTD) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
• Develop and design instructional materials including manuals and e-learning content.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with department managers to ensure training content is relevant.

Conocimientos

Strong presentation and facilitation skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in using e-learning software and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess training effectiveness

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Strong organizational and time management skills

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
