Johnson Controls is seeking a Training & HPT Analyst to lead and enhance our training frameworks and high-performance team initiatives across the organization. You will design programs, guide development, and drive continuous improvement to align team outcomes with business goals.

The role requires collaboration with multiple departments, design onboarding systems, assess skills with data-driven insights, and promote a culture of accountability and safety in training processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field such as Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
• Certifications in Training & Development, Lean Manufacturing, or Coaching are advantageous.
• Proficient knowledge of training methodologies and tools, including classroom and on-the-job training.

Responsabilités

• Design and sustain onboarding systems for all personnel, ensuring seamless integration into the organizational environment.
• Collaborate with departments to identify training needs and remove barriers to effective skill development.
• Develop and oversee skill assessment plans, using data-driven insights to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Facilitate team-building initiatives and encourage open communication to strengthen trust and collaboration.
• Promote a culture of accountability and ensure safety and integrity in all training processes.
