Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Training & HPT Analyst to oversee and enhance training frameworks and HPT initiatives, aligning team outcomes with organizational goals. The role involves designing and implementing programs, guiding development, and driving continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field, with certifications in Training & Development or Lean Manufacturing being a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Professional certifications in Training & Development, Lean Manufacturing, or Coaching are advantageous.
• Proficient knowledge of training methodologies and tools, including classroom and on-the-job training.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Fluency in English and familiarity with global training standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and sustain onboarding systems for all personnel, ensuring seamless integration.
• Collaborate with departments to identify training needs and remove barriers to skill development.
• Develop and oversee skill assessment plans using data-driven insights.
• Facilitate team-building initiatives and encourage open communication to strengthen trust.
