Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. seeks an on-site Training & Development Supervisor in Apodaca to lead the Training & Development team and oversee the annual training plan for operators and staff.

You will partner with manufacturing leadership on the shop floor, coordinate internal/external programs, and translate business needs into effective development initiatives. A hands-on, proactive HR professional with 5+ years in manufacturing is ideal.

Formación

  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources roles with a strong focus on Training & Development.
  • Experience working in manufacturing or operational environments (automotive experience is a plus, not required).
  • Hands-on mindset with the ability to work directly on the shop floor.
  • Knowledge of training frameworks, competency development, career paths, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean / Six Sigma is a plus).
  • Strong learning agility, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative attitude.

  • Partner closely with manufacturing leadership, mainly Assembly, providing hands-on HR support on the shop floor.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs, ensuring alignment with business needs and operational priorities.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and translate business requirements into development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations related to training and development.
  • Manage the training budget and monitor effectiveness of training programs.
  • Support leadership development initiatives and career path frameworks.
  • Drive engagement initiatives and development programs for interns and trainees.

The Job:

As a Training & Development Supervisor, you’ll be part of our Human Resources team working as an on‑site employee.
