• Bachelor's degree in Administration.
• 3+ years of experience in training lead.
• Experience with STPS and training processes.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct organizational training needs assessments with department leaders to identify competency gaps and development opportunities.
• Develop and maintain the Annual Training Plan aligned with business objectives, workforce needs, and approved budget.
• Design, develop, and implement training programs and learning initiatives to support organizational capability and ensure execution of the Business.
• Manage the training budget and optimize the utilization of training resources to maximize effectiveness and return on investment.
• Administer and oversee the certification process for hourly employees, ensuring timely qualification, recertification, and compliance with established standards.
