Eaton's ES AMER ARS division seeks a Product Line Support Manager to lead the PLS engineering team, drive cost-out and product improvements, and coordinate with cross-functional groups for on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include design-for-manufacture guidance, regulatory compliance reviews, and data management across engineering documents and processes. Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5-7 years of similar positions in engineering leadership.
• Bilingual English - Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises PLS engineering team daily activities and assignments.
• Reviews project docs for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams for project completion.
• Supports cost-out activities and manufacturing process improvements.
• Maintains PDM; manages deviation system and CO process.
• Leads design for manufacturability and quality improvements.
