EGOS BI seeks a Trainee Data Engineer for a full-time, hybrid role based in Monterrey, Nuevo León. You will assist in designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes under senior guidance, with opportunities to learn best practices in data engineering.

You will collaborate with analytics and business teams to understand data requirements, validate data quality, and contribute to basic reporting and dashboards while growing your skills in a mentoring environment.

Formación

• Foundational data engineering skills to support pipeline development.
• Understanding of data modeling to help design datasets.
• Knowledge of ETL practices to build and optimize flows.
• Familiarity with SQL and Python or Java.
• Strong communication in a hybrid team and willingness to learn.
