Jabil is seeking a Logistics Analyst to analyze the site’s logistics function and recommend best practices. You will monitor shipments, coordinate cross-site movements, and resolve shipment exceptions while generating regular inventory reports.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and PC skills, with familiarity of Jabil software and ERP systems. Budgeting and IMMEX compliance knowledge is a plus, and you will join a large, diverse global team.

Formación

• Ability to present information to managers, clients and the public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions.
• Ability to operate a Windows-based PC and related software.
• Advanced PC skills including Jabil software packages.
• Ability to read and understand visual aids.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and basic math operations.
• Knowledge of customs laws, cross-border trade rules, and IMMEX + OEA obligations for manufacturers.

Responsabilidades

• Performs manual system transactions for materials functions.
• Monitors shipment of materials between sites and partners.
• Coordinates with departments to expedite shipments.
• Resolves exceptions with BUs, partners, and providers.
• Processes freight claims for lost or damaged freight.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and reconciles discrepancies.
• Generates customer and management reports on inventory status.
