Jabil is seeking a Logistics Analyst to optimize our global supply chain and logistics operations. You will analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and propose cost-saving solutions in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include managing freight costs, monitoring KPIs, and collaborating with procurement, production, and carriers to ensure seamless logistics execution while complying with international trade regulations.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics analysis, supply chain operations, or a similar analytical role, preferably within a manufacturing or global environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, advanced formulas) is essential.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and/or Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and external partners.
  • Problem-solving orientation with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret complex logistics data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize freight costs, transit times, and delivery reliability across various modes of transportation (air, ocean, road).
  • Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, cost per unit, and inventory turns, and prepare detailed reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., procurement, production, sales) and external partners (e.g., carriers, 3PLs) to ensure seamless logistics execution.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks within the supply chain, including supplier disruptions, capacity constraints, and regulatory changes.
  • Utilize logistics software and systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS) to track shipments, manage inventory, and generate reports.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing logistics processes and technologies.
  • Support the negotiation of contracts with logistics service providers and evaluate their performance.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant international trade regulations and customs requirements.
  • Prepare and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels.

Job Summary
