Henkel in Mexico seeks a Trade Marketing & Operations Coordinator to drive planning, execution, and monitoring of trade marketing initiatives across channels. You will liaise with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure promotional strategies are executed effectively and ROI is maximized.

The role requires 2+ years in related areas, strong analytical and organizational skills, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, with English fluency. Hybrid work model offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years in Trade Marketing, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Marketing or related areas.
• Experience with promotional planning, sales analysis, customer support, or commercial operations.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development and execution of trade marketing programs aligned with business and commercial objectives.
• Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and customer programs across channels.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure effective execution of trade plans.
• Monitor sales performance, promotions effectiveness, market trends and customer insights.
• Manage trade marketing materials, POS assets, and inventories for timely deployment.
• Coordinate demand and operational requirements with Supply Chain and internal stakeholders.
• Track and report trade marketing budgets in accordance with guidelines.
• Support category management through data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Prepare and maintain commercial reports, dashboards and presentations for reviews.
• Ensure master data accuracy and support pricing, promotions, and new product introductions.
