Beiersdorf AG in Mexico City seeks a Marketing/Shopper Marketing professional to support category activities and drive sales growth. You will analyze channel behavior, provide timely data for planning, and produce reports to guide POS strategies and materials.

This role emphasizes hands-on execution, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced market while maintaining brand value.

Formación

• 1+ year of full-time experience in Marketing, Sales or Shopper Marketing/Trade Marketing.
• Basic knowledge of Modern Trade channels (pharmacy, supermarkets).
• Analytical/financial analysis skills and budget awareness.
• Hands-on, pragmatic, dynamic with good communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide data for commercial planning and development in a timely manner.
• Produce standard reports as defined by Lead Market S&CM team.
• Manage the central market database ensuring accuracy.
• Create ad-hoc analyses for the S&CM team as required.
• Support local operations with analytical and administrative tasks.
• Oversee project budgets as needed.
• Track execution compliance to gain insights for POS strategy improvements.
