Henkel Argentina S.A. in Mexico is seeking a Trade Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support planning, execution, and monitoring of trade marketing initiatives while ensuring operational excellence across commercial activities.

The role serves as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and improve customer engagement across channels.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Marketing, or related areas.
• Experience working with promotional planning, sales analysis, customer support, or commercial operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development and execution of trade marketing programs aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate the implementation of promotional activities, product launches, and customer programs across channels.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure effective execution of trade plans and ROI.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, promotional effectiveness, market trends, and customer insights.
• Manage trade marketing materials, POS assets, and promotional inventories for timely deployment.
• Coordinate demand and operational needs with Supply Chain and other stakeholders for business continuity.
• Track and control trade marketing budgets and ensure compliant reporting.
• Support category management through data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Prepare and maintain commercial reports, dashboards, and presentations for reviews and decisions.
• Ensure master data accuracy and support pricing, promotions, new products, and customer activities.
