Avnet, a global technology distributor, seeks an Export Compliance Specialist to ensure ITAR, EAR, and related regulations are followed across shipments and documentation.

You will monitor international shipments, perform license determinations, manage ECCN classifications in SAP, and support the ECO and trade compliance initiatives across the business. This role requires collaboration with global teams and training colleagues on regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience with ITAR/EAR regulatory requirements and export controls.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitors shipments to ensure compliance with ITAR/EAR and related regs.
• Performs license determinations and applies exemptions when needed.
• Maintains export records and ECCN classifications in SAP.
• Supports Export Compliance Officer with trade compliance projects.
• Conducts DENIED PARTY checks and screening for new partners.
• Prepares compliance reports for management and audits.
