Avnet is seeking an Export Compliance Specialist to ensure ITAR and EAR compliance across domestic and international shipments. You will monitor shipments, maintain export records, and handle licensing determinations in alignment with regulations.

The role includes supporting the Export Compliance Officer, delivering training on trade controls, and updating ECCN classifications to ensure accurate licensing and reporting.

Formación

• Requires 5+ years of experience with Bachelor's or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of ITAR/EAR and related global export controls.
• Experience with ECCN classifications and license determinations.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor shipments to ensure compliance with ITAR/EAR and export regulations.
• Maintain records for exports including ITAR hardware, data, and defense services.
• Perform license determinations and file for licenses when applicable.
• Provide reports and analysis to support business decisions and ECO with trade compliance questions.
• Coordinate ECCN certification and maintain ECCN records in SAP.
