Job summary

Dauch Corporation seeks a Mexico Trade Compliance Analyst for its Silao manufacturing complex. You will develop, implement, and maintain Annex 24/30 compliance flows, train staff, and minimize regulatory exposure. You will analyze costs, identify savings, and automate Customs processes while ensuring data accuracy across systems.

The role requires strong Excel skills, ERP/Annex 24 expertise, and fluency in English and Spanish, with 2–4 years of related experience. Office-based in Silao, Mexico.

Qualifications

• International Business, or IT Engineer Bachelor.
• Highly proficient with Excel.
• Exceptional analytical skills.
• Highly proficient with ERP/Annex 24 systems.
• Reconciliation between databases skills.
• Good problem-solving and auditing skills.
• 2–4 years of work experience.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of Foreign Trade Programs: IMMEX, and VAT Certification systems (Annex 24 and 30).
• Mexican Regulatory Trade Compliance (SAT, Customs and Ministry of Economy).

Responsibilities

• Upload Import and export layout to Annex 24.
• Maintain import and export operations aligning with Official Mexican Customs reports.
• Review import/export operations to maintain records per MX customs.
• Coordinate IMMEX Inventory Control System and VAT Certification balances.
• Work with systems to manage temporary import/export operations.
• Ensure BOMs are updated in Annex 24 according to ERP BOMs.
• Verify IMMEX catalogs have correct information.
• Monthly backflush of customs per regulations.
• Reconcile IMMEX balances with ERP physical inventory.
• Reconcile IMMEX with Data Stage.
• Analyze backflush results.
• Review TXT files for VAT Certification transmission and validation.
• Prepare monthly/annual reports or notifications to the Authority (IMMEX/PROSEC, VAT).
• Handle additional tasks as requested by management.
