BRP in Mexico is seeking a Tool Crib Supervisor to lead technicians in inventory control and parts re-ordering, ensuring safety, quality and productivity targets are met. You will manage scheduling, prioritize work orders, and drive continuous improvement within the tool crib department.

The role requires a 5-year leadership track, a degree in Engineering or Business Administration, and hands-on SAP experience to optimize inventory and budget performance. On-site role in Querétaro.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• 5 years of leadership experience in a similar role.
• Experience with inventory control and SAP processes.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and schedule activities of the Tool Crib Technicians.
• Enforce BRP policies and administer disciplinary action when required.
• Responsible for quality, cost, inventory and budget performance of the department.
• Prioritize tool crib work orders according to production needs.
• Ensure parts availability in the tool crib.
• Optimize inventories, orders, and distribution of parts.
• Hold regular safety meetings and provide safety training.
• Develop programs for Tool crib technicians.
• Additional duties as assigned by the department manager.
• Create and follow KPI metrics for continuous improvement.
• Follow BRP values and behaviors.
• Ensure a safe working environment and accountability for safety topics.
• Enforce BRP Quality policy.

POSITION OBJECTIVE

Responsible for supplying tool crib parts to requesitors, re-order parts and inventory control. Lead a team of technicians ensuring the discipline and measure to achieve the safety, quality, productivity and employee satisfaction targets.

Role & Responsabilities

• Supervise and schedule activities of the Tool Crib Technicians
• Enforce all BRP policies and administer disciplinary action when required.
• Responsible for the quality, cost effectiveness, inventory and budget performance of the department.
• Prioritize Tool crib work orders according to production requirements and needs.
• Responsible for the parts availability in tool crib.
• Optimization of inventories, order, and distribution parts.
• Hold regular safety meetings and provide safety training as needed to assure a safe working environment.
• Develop programs for Tool crib technicians.
• Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the department manager.
• Create and follow KPI departmental oriented in continuous improvement.
• Follow BRP values and behaviors.
• Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
• Enforce Quality BRP policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor: Engineering, Business Administration or similar, with 5 years of experience in leadership roles.
