Job summary

BRP is a world leader in recreational vehicles and boats, with operations worldwide, including Mexico. This Quality lead role in Querétaro defines and executes the strategy to ensure product and process quality while driving a safe, high-performing team.

You will oversee payroll, development, performance, provide technical support, manage the Quality Management System, and align with global BRP standards. Fluent English is required, and you will collaborate with internal and external customers

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in quality processes or quality management.
• ISO 9001 knowledge and EHS awareness.
• Experience implementing Quality Management Systems and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategy to ensure team health, safety, and productivity.
• Oversee people administration (payroll, development, performance).
• Provide technical support and manage Quality Management System activities.
• Lead budget planning and control for the team.
• Coordinate with internal/external customers and suppliers; release decisions for production.
• Ensure quality KPIs, BRP policy, and continuous improvement.

POSITION OBJECTIVE

Define and execute the strategy to ensure the quality in the product and process

Role & Responsibilities

• Define and align the strategy to ensure health and safety of the team
• People administration (Payroll, development, performance)
• Provide technical support to the team
• Quality Management system
• Problem Solving Management
• Plan, Control and Manage budget of the team
• Establish strategies to increase the efficiency of the team
• Ensure Quality NPD process and alignment with other teams
• Align and follow the strategies with PPM/PPQ team
• Main interface to external / internal customers and suppliers
• Decision concerning release for production of supplier material parts
• Manage the quality quarantine
• Ensure sorting, reworks are aligned and controlled
• Control and follow all the department KPIs
• All other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Manager
• Follow BRP values and behaviors
• Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics
• Enforce Quality BRP policy.
