BRP in Querétaro invites a manufacturing leader to drive safety, quality and productivity in a large team. You will establish standard work, guide continuous improvement and ensure adherence to KPIs and BRP policies.

You will manage personnel, collaborate with engineering, and support daily production operations to meet targets. This role emphasizes safety, discipline, and leadership of up to 50 colleagues in a major plant.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Administration.
• Experience leading a team of 35+ people.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and BRP policies.
• Experience with BRP processes and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and maintain an environment with high standards of Health and Safety.
• Establish standard work (WI) and lead continuous improvement by using BRPMS.
• Collect information on the main KPIs and implement measures when necessary.
• Manage personnel (regulations, time & attendance, turnover, environment, follow-up per WI).
• Lead and develop teams to achieve business unit goals.
• Ensure site production plan alignment, either as supporting or production area.
• Project support to engineering team.
• Daily operation follow-up.
• Flag red points and escalation process.
• Follow BRP values and behaviors.
• Ensure a safe working environment and accountability for safety topics.
• Enforce BRP quality policy.

POSITION OBJECTIVE

• Lead the team (up to approx. 50 people), ensuring the discipline and measure to achieve the safety, quality, productivity and employee satisfaction targets.

Role & Responsabilities

• Provide and maintain an environment with high standards of Health and Safety.
• Establish the standar work (WI) & leads continuous improvement by using BRPMS.
• Collect information on the main KPIs and implement the appropriate measures when necessary.
• Manage Personnel (internal regulations apply, time and attendance process, turnover, environment,process follow up according to WI).
• Leads and develops the teams in order to achieve business unit goals.
• Ensure the site production plan either as a supporting or production area.
• Project support to enginering team
• Daily operation follow up
• Flag red point & scalation process
• Follow BRP values and behaviors.
• Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
• Enforce Quality BRP policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor: Engineering & Administration, with at least 1 years of experience in Leading a team (+35 HC)
