Job summary

Jabil in Mexico is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager focusing on TMS Carrier Integration & Analytics. You will lead end-to-end carrier onboarding, configuration, EDI connectivity, testing, and production readiness within the TMS, while developing dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to drive transportation performance.

The role collaborates with Logistics, IT, Operations, and carriers to deliver data-driven improvements and successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, transportation, or TMS initiatives.
• Experience with TMS platforms, preferably e2Open.
• Knowledge of carrier connectivity, EDI/XML/APIs.
• Experience coordinating testing activities (integration testing, UAT).
• Strong project management skills with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with reporting, dashboards, and KPI development.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end carrier onboarding for TMS implementations and go-live.
• Configure carriers, rates, and master data within the TMS.
• Coordinate EDI and connectivity with carriers and IT teams.
• Test and validate integration, ensure production readiness.
• Lead regular onboarding and project meetings with stakeholders.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, risks, and actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners for delivery.
• Support TMS configuration to align with requirements.
• Identify risks and gaps, drive corrective actions and escalation.
• Support post-go-live stabilization and transition to support.
• Develop analytics, dashboards, and KPIs for transportation performance.
