Schaeffler is expanding its Product Application function in Mexico, seeking a leader with strong automotive engineering background to drive regional projects and maintain master data across the product lifecycle.

You will define priorities, align regional needs with global standards, and ensure robust documentation and reporting for ongoing initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Automotive projects.
• Minimum 2 years as team leader or manager.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components.
• Advanced English technical level.
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word.

Aufgaben

• Increase coverage for all product lines across the region.
• Develop, monitor and execute project plans, including tasks and schedules, leading to implementation.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation.
• Regular reporting on ongoing projects and tasks.
• Research and analysis of competitor, OE, and vehicle data.
• Maintenance and management of product and material master data throughout the product lifecycle.
• Maintain all the product content information in PSP (References, Attributes, Descriptions, Warranty and Kit contents).
• Preparation and creation of product-specific information.
• Identification of quality issues and implementation of corrective measures.
• Enhancement of PSP requirements from a regional and global PA perspective.
• Define the vision, objectives, and priorities for regional and global Product Application activities.
• Align regional requirements with global product application standards and priorities.
• Establish common processes, tools, and performance standards across teams.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Increase coverage for all the product lines across the region
• Developing, monitoring and execution project plans, including tasks and schedules, leading to implementation.
• Creating and maintaining detailed project documentation.
• Regular reporting on ongoing projects and tasks.
• Research and analysis of competitor, OE, and vehicle data.
• Maintenance and management of product and material master data throughout the product lifecycle (setting up new numbers, track workflow and catalog release process, initiate phase outs and track workflows)
• Maintain all the product content information in PSP (References, Attributes, Descriptions, Warranty and Kit contents)
• Preparation and creation of product-specific information.
• Identification of quality issues and implementation of corrective measures.
• Enhancement of PSP requirements from a regional and global PA perspective.
• Define the vision, objectives, and priorities for regional and global Product Application activities.
