SEGULA Technologies in Mexico City seeks an experienced Design Release Engineer (DRE) for Powertrain Cooling Systems to own end-to-end design, validation, and release of thermal management components for ICE, turbochargers, and e-drive units.

You will lead DFMA, work with CFD teams, manage DVP&R, and coordinate with Powertrain, Quality, and Suppliers to deliver robust thermal solutions that meet performance, durability, and cost targets.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years as DRE or product engineer in powertrain cooling.
• Strong thermodynamics and fluid dynamics knowledge.
• Experience with DFMEA, DVP&R, GD&T, APQP/PPAP.
• English business fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead CAD design and packaging of cooling components.
• Collaborate with CFD/thermal teams to optimize performance.
• Manage Design FMEAs and release documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Support validation and Start of Production activities.
