SEGULA Technologies is seeking a proactive Design Release Engineer (DRE) for Cooling Plumbing and Thermal Systems to lead end-to-end design, validation, and release of vehicle cooling lines and components for ICE, HEV, and BEV architectures.

You will manage DFMEA, DVP&R, and CAD packaging, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive cost and weight optimization while ensuring manufacturability and quality from concept to SOP.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 3+ years as a DRE or Product Engineer in automotive fluid routing systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the mechanical design and CAD routing of cooling lines, hoses, pipes, and valves.
• Ensure packaging feasibility within engine compartments and battery enclosures.
• Drive DFMA to optimize line routing for assembly efficiency.
• Create and manage DFMEAs, engineering drawings, and CAD models.
