Hitachi Energy Productos de Mexico in Reynosa, Tamaulipas is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to keep critical operations running safely and efficiently. In this hands-on role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance across facility systems and infrastructure, collaborating with internal teams and external service providers.

Formación

• Technical degree in electrical/mechanical engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years in facility or industrial maintenance.
• Experience with HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, compressed air systems.
• Ability to read electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control system diagrams.
• Knowledge of CMMS platforms, 5S, TPM, ISO standards, and industrial safety practices.
• Basic English to review equipment manuals and technical documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment.
• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot building systems including HVAC, fire protection, compressed air, potable water, and pumping systems.
• Support maintenance activities for electrical, mechanical, and automated control systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete required documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• Monitor and manage spare parts and consumable inventories to support facility operations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Participate in safety initiatives, emergency response brigades, and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and support certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

How you’ll make an impact

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment using established procedures and work plans.

• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot building systems including HVAC, fire protection, compressed air, potable water, and pumping systems.

• Support maintenance activities for electrical, mechanical, and automated control systems.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete required documentation in accordance with company procedures.

• Monitor and manage spare parts and consumable inventories to support facility operations.

Your background

• Technical degree or education in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in facility maintenance, building systems, or industrial maintenance environments.

• Experience with HVAC, fire systems, plumbing, compressed air systems, painting, and general facility repairs.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control system diagrams.

• Knowledge of CMMS platforms, 5S, TPM, ISO standards, and industrial safety practices.

• Basic English proficiency to review equipment manuals and technical documentation.
