Schedule: Availability to rotate shifts required
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment using established procedures and work plans.
Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot building systems including HVAC, fire protection, compressed air, potable water, and pumping systems.
Support maintenance activities for electrical, mechanical, and automated control systems.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete required documentation in accordance with company procedures.
Monitor and manage spare parts and consumable inventories to support facility operations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Participate in safety initiatives, emergency response brigades, and continuous improvement activities.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and support certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Technical degree or education in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in facility maintenance, building systems, or industrial maintenance environments.
Experience with HVAC, fire systems, plumbing, compressed air systems, painting, and general facility repairs.
Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control system diagrams.
Knowledge of CMMS platforms, 5S, TPM, ISO standards, and industrial safety practices.
Basic English proficiency to review equipment manuals and technical documentation.
