Flex seeks a Test Engineer in Guadalajara North to lead testing program development for in-circuit, functional, and environmental stress screening. You will collaborate with process engineering to optimize cost, quality, and delivery, and support automation efforts across electronic test systems.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, advanced English skills, and hands-on experience in test development with Python, LabVIEW, or Perl.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Advanced English (written and oral) required.
• Experience with electronic testing and test automation is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and modifies test programs using languages such as Python, LabVIEW, and Perl.
• Develops and supports test software and hardware for in-circuit, functional, and ESS testing.
• Collaborates with engineering teams to resolve test issues and improve process yield.
