Continental is seeking a laboratory chemist to ensure reliability and continuous improvement of analytical and physical testing for polymers and materials. You will calibrate instruments, develop methods, and interpret data within a global quality framework.
Collaboration with Quality, R&D, and Production will drive root-cause analyses and the development of testing protocols aligned with ASTM/ISO standards.

This role ensures the reliability and continuous improvement of chemical and physical testing methods, laboratory equipment, and data management systems. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the position contributes to material evaluation, quality assurance, problem-solving activities, and technical decision-making through the application of standardized testing practices and analytical techniques.
