El candidato ideal contará con formación en Química y experiencia en proyectos técnicos; manejo de inglés y compromiso con calidad y seguridad.

Formación

• Formación en química y ciencia de polímeros.
• Inglés.

• Contribuye al desarrollo de nuevos productos y guía proyectos técnicos.
• Lidera desarrollos técnicos y consulta a equipos y clientes.
• Asegura documentación y cumplimiento de normas en los resultados.

The Developer is responsible for successful completion of development projects and incorporates the role of a technical expert. With this the function contributes to state of the art knowledge in the development team. As technical specialist the Developer works on novel ideas & innovations and consults project teams, peers and customers.

• Contributes with new developments to the product strategy within the development team.
• Performs product benchmarking.
• Identify strategic technology partners (suppliers customers ...) supporting the TechCentre and R&D strategies.
• Leads technical development projects.
• Realise product pipelines, develop aspects of the product portfolio.
• Works compliant to quality guidelines as well as legal and safety regulations.
• Safeguard that development results fit to technical customer and product expectations.
• Ensure proper documentation of results and approvals.
• Contribute to innovations by cross-thinking and active utilization of acc. tools.
• Support and cooperate as polymer and material expert for internal and external interfaces.
• Ownership for product constructions and formulations.
• Complete product developments (constructions) in the set time, quality and cost framework.
• Safeguard product robustness, standardization demands and smooth product (construction) launches.
• Continously propose optimization for the regional process in PLC in accordance to the global process demands.

Requisitos

• Education: Master’s or Bachelor's in Chemistry (or equivalent)
• Professional Experience: Basic experience in development or technical projects
• Project Experience: Basic experience in Project management
• Chemical and polymer science
