Job summary

Flextronics - The Flex Company seeks a skilled technician to set up processing equipment and guide line operators. You will run tests, record results, and present data to engineers to identify yield issues and test new products.

Qualifications

Education / Experience

Typically requires an Associate’s Degree in related field, technical training or equivalent education and training. Successful completion of company provided training may be required. Typically requires 4-6 years of related experience.

Determines quality/testing methods/ procedures on new assignments. Decisions may affect department/ function.

Determine methods and procedures on new assignments. May provide guidance to other nonexempt personnel.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to work that requires repetitive motion. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
