Job summary:

To support our teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Quality Technician for services and client support located in Aguascalientes.

This role involves covering shifts to support audits, verification, projects, and attendance for clients and new requisitions such as Pulse, Oxxo, food trucks, etc.

What a typical day looks like:

• Conducting quality audits and managing personnel transportation and catering services.
• Reviewing compliance for personnel transportation and catering services.
• Handling metrics related to personnel transportation and catering services.
• Managing processes for personnel transportation and catering services.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or in progress.
• Experience in managing service processes and continuous improvement.
• Skills to coordinate internal events (visitors).
• Ability to create executive presentations.
• Management of KPIs and metrics for quality services.
• Support for customers and suppliers regarding catering services and special client support.
• Proficiency in Excel and Office tools for weekly reports.
• Dynamic and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to solve practical problems with concrete variables.
• Impacts the operations of the immediate work group.
• Exercises judgment within established practices and policies to find solutions.
